Collection attempt unsuccessful
Webhook event triggered when a payment attempt against a collection fails or is rejected.
rejected: The payment was rejected by Mono based on collection rules (expired, disabled, amount limits, etc.)failed: The payment failed due to external reasons not controlled by Mono (bank errors, timeouts, etc.)
The collection's failed_attempts is incremented. The collection state remains unchanged.
