Plastic card activation
Webhook event triggered when a plastic card activation changes state.
This occurs during the card activation process when the physical card is linked to the system.
The state field indicates the result of the activation:
activated: Card was successfully activatedfailed: Card activation failed (e.g., error retrieving card details from provider)group_mismatch: The card's affinity group does not match the expected configuration group
