Payin intent failed
Webhook event triggered when a payin intent fails for good and there is nothing left to pay.
state_reason explains the cause: a payment that failed on a method that does not
re-arm attempts (payment_failed), a payment token that never made it
(key_registration_failed, payment_token_registration_failed), or a dynamic QR
whose payment the provider rejected (qr_code_rejected).
